Uyasu is a famous restaurant serving seasonal dishes using seasonal seafood from Toyama in Tonami City, near the hotel. Every morning, fresh seafood purchased directly from the market and seasonal dishes that incorporate seasonal ingredients from Toyama are served. In "Uoyasu", we start baking after receiving an order for salt grilled sweetfish.
Please enjoy a relaxing lunch in the space of traditional Japanese houses.
※Ayu set meal lunch will be served at "Uoyasu" the day after your stay.
※We will give you a lunch ticket for the next day at check-in, so please bring it to the shop.
