A sweetfish with children from the end of summer to the fall.
"Uoyasu" is a famous restaurant serving seasonal dishes made with seasonal dishes from Toyama in Tonami City near the hotel. Every morning, fresh seafood purchased directly from the market and seasonal dishes incorporating seasonal Toyama ingredients are served. In 'Uoyasu', salt-grilled ayu (ayu with children) is used.
