This time, we have started selling Noto beef ceramic plates as a support project for the reconstruction of Noto.
You can enjoy the ceramic plate of Noto beef with Suzu's natural fried beach salt with a smooth texture and mellow salty taste.
"Noto Beef" is the rich nature of Hokuriku and Ishikawa prefectures and the mineral rich climate carried by the sea breeze. Among the Japanese black beef grown with great care in this area,

Natural salt of Suzu

Shiota-mura, Oku-noto
It was closed due to the effects of the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake and the 2024 heavy rain in Oku-noto, but some business has been resumed since March 2025. Buy and support! Eat and support! That's why the staff has procured valuable Suzu salt that can only be obtained locally.
Why don't you taste a slightly sweet salt made by hand salt with a lot of thoughts with Noto beef?
※You can't take home fried beach salt.

Japan's only traditional technique of "agehama-style salt making method" that remains in Noto.

This time, we had valuable salts to get to know that we cannot protect traditional techniques by ourselves.

Toyama Black Ramen, a local food where you can enjoy the taste of Toyama.

■Dinner buffet

Noto beef ceramic plate is included with one set per person.
(It's not all-you-can-eat)
Please enjoy it with precious Suzu salt.

Hokuriku Mizuhiki Craft Experience
In addition, you can use it freely, such as calligraphy experience, Japanese musical instrument Sasara experience, straw knitting hat experience, etc., touching the traditions of Hokuriku.
