Mercure Noto Resort & Spa, our group hotel, is closed due to the impact of the Noto earthquake.
This time, we have started selling Noto beef pottery plan as a support project for reconstruction of Noto.
You can enjoy Noto beef ceramic plate grilling with Suzu's natural fried beach salt with a smooth texture and mellow salty texture.
"Noto beef" is the rich nature of Hokuriku and Ishikawa prefectures, and the rich mineral climate carried by sea breeze. Among Japanese black beef grown with great care in this area, Japanese black beef

Oku-noto Shiota Village
It was closed due to the effects of the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake and the heavy rain in Oku-noto in 2024, but some operations resumed in March 2025. Buy and cheer! Eat and cheer! That's why the staff has procured precious Suzu salt that can only be obtained locally.

※You can't take the fried beach salt home.
Japan's only traditional technique of "agehama-style salt making method" that remains in Noto.
