This time, we started selling a plan for Noto beef ceramic plate grilling as a reconstruction support project for Noto.
You can enjoy Noto beef's ceramic plate grilled with Suzu's natural fried beach salt with a smooth texture and mellow salty taste.

Suzu Natural Salt

Oku-noto Shiota Village
It was closed due to the effects of the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake and the 2024 Oku-noto heavy rain, but some operations were resumed in March 2025. Buy and support! Eat and support! That's why the staff has procured valuable Suzu salt that can only be obtained locally.
Why don't you taste a slightly sweet salt made with hand salt, filled with many thoughts, with Noto beef?
※Fried beach salt cannot be taken home.

Japan's only traditional technique of "agehama-style salt production method" that remains in Noto.

This time, we had a valuable salt to get to know that "we can't protect traditional techniques by ourselves."
